This is an XL thermal heat cap. I tried to use this once, but it was too big for my head. I purchased the smaller size and don’t need this one. I sprayed the coconut spray on this, and there is a smell on the cap. I used this on clean hair. Great for people with very thick, long hair or locks. Please let me know if you have any questions.
