Hot Blue Cocktail Dress - Open Back

This hot cocktail dress turned a lot of heads. I wear a D bra & it makes the ladies and the rear both pop. The fit works well to keep the curves spot on & in the right places. Not too short & I loved that I didn’t have to adjust the length all night like so many dresses. You will love it!
