2nd2none Does this dress have a 'flouncy' top portion that looks like it's loosely tucked in, but it's really just connected to the skirt to look that way? I'm not sure how to explain it.... Is the skirt portion hugging and the top loose?

erscaniac @2nd2none haha I know exactly what you mean! And yes the bottom portion is a tighter fit so that the top is looser and slightly blouses over

erscaniac @chuffman2014 it has a lot of stretch to it... So I think it is pretty versatile. I wore it when I was an 18 but I'm 20 now and it still fits.
