gypsythrift22 Google says size small is usually 3-5. If you see this comment and think this skirt is larger than that please tell me. I would like it for my daughter but afraid it's too small

mirandasbill @gypsythrift22 the front side doesn't have stretch but the back side does. Don't know if that helps any. My daughter is 9 & fits in it but it's too short.
