Lovely lace number with sheer lace back (see photo 2). I've placed white paper behind the lace for you to see the detail only. Pretty combination with blue color, black lace, and pleated skirt. There is slight padding in the cup area for support. 100% polyester. From waist top bottom of skirt hem is 20 inches. Shoulder to hem is 35 1/2 inches. Brand new with tags. Brand is Minuet, bought on Modcloth.

Is this a brighter blue or darker navy?

@cm_martin1 Hi, Christie! It is more of a dark navy than bright blue. The third photo (up close against the black lace) & last photo probably shows the color best. It is hard to capture properly with the light. Please let me know if you have any other questions & thanks for looking

@cm_martin1 I usually wear an 8, and this is too small (especially in the top area for me - I'm 34D). I would model but it doesn't even zip at top for me! This is why it needs a better home😁It is brand new, never worn with tags. Here are the specific measurements so you know how it might fit you. Laying flat, the bust measures 15 1/2 across & waist 14 inches. The entire dress measures 35 1/2 inches from shoulder to hem & 20 inches from the waistband. Happy to answer anything else. Take care!

@glitzymommyof2 Hi, Lori! There are padded cups in the front to provide some support so depending on your size & comfort, a bra would not be required. I'm a 34D so was going to wear the stick on kind for added support, but this dress was too small for me across the bust. You could wear a bra, but please know that it would show through the lace at the back & straps unless you wore a camisole. Hope this helps; let me know of any other questions you may have. Cheers!
