Homemade orange 60s shirt w/ music notes

Home made orange 60s shirt w/ music notes . Measures 19”Long and 11” at waist without elastic stretched out. Not really sure what size it is since a friend just measured my kid and made it. I’d say maybe girls 16 or womens 5 if I had to guess.
