jennmulkey76 @meghanegk so sorry! I just saw your question. Hopefully I'm understanding your measurement request. The bottom half (which is attached by tulle on the front and lace and tulle on the back to the top half) is between 18-19" manually measured. From shoulder to hem it is 35-36". Shoulder to waist is 17". 1.5" mid-drift that is covered in tulle. All measurements were hand done. My daughter is 5'2" and you can see where it fell on her in the pictures. It is a beautiful dress worn once.
