Homecoming dress/ Can be used for any occasion

It has never been worn but it does not come with tags. It didn’t end up fitting me when I needed to wear it which is why the tags are gone. It is in perfect condition to be worn. Two piece dress that has sparkles on the top and the bottom is short skirt with lovely ruffles and a sparkling belt.
