Homecoming Dress! Cute black dress with polka dot tule over the top.

Black Homecoming dress! It says it’s a size 3, but I am usually a size small or 0 and it fits me perfectly! It zips up in the back, unfortunately the straps are not adjustable as it is supposed to be strapless but has ribbon straps I guess in case you want straps. It’s a tool material with the polka dots on top, and has built in padding!
