Homecoming Dress

The dress is teal blue embellished with intricate designs from the renowned Tony Bowls. At the bottom, it is all handsewn large sequins that glitter in the light. It's been altered down to a smaller size about 6/8. I'm larger busted at the top so that's why it's about an eight. The hips are at a four to six. The tags are still on it, never worn before. I bought it for a homecoming dance and didn't end up going.
