New sealed in original packaging, set of 8 matching Bugs place mats by Home Presents. There are 4 packs of 2 placemats. White background with blue trim and embroidered dragonflies and bumble bees. I have not opened the packages so I'm not sure of the fabric content. There is a sheen to the mats but they have some some body to them. I'm guessing they are made with a polished cotton, poly-cotton or polyester. They are from 2003 according to the tag. Approximate measurements shown in photos.
