What this is, is an explanation of getting started selling with Home & Garden Party. It shows 3 kits as examples of which ones you could buy to get started hosting parties to sell with them. It also tells you some of the benefits they offered for certain achievements. It is an interesting piece of nostalgia. I will send it to you with one of these old order envelopes. The one pictured is the worst quality one of these envelopes. The other ones are better, some showing almost no wear. I'm not sure if any of them do open though. If you don't want the envelope, you can just let me know, & I'll leave it out. It does have a stamp of grandma's name & number on the back. It shows some wear, but is in pretty good condition considering its age. I have only a very few of these. Please use the pictures for the best description & ask any questions.
