Hollister 100% Cotton Tier Skirt

Worn a handful of times. This is a beautiful skirt but it's too big for me now. The body and embroidery are 100% cotton and the liner is 100% polyester. There is a drawstring tie that does stretch but there is no elastic waistband. You can adjust the waist with the tie. It's a midi length skirt! I'll include measurements below. Flat lay measurements Waist (unstretched) about 20-21 inches Length 35-36 inches (it's an a line style, more flowy) Liner is 29 inches in length
