No inside tags other than the one posted. It's wool, and it fits a size 6. True vintage, with gorgeous covered buttons and a fabric covered bow belt. Very form fitting; see pictures of back darts and gathering at waistline. Back metal zipper comes below the waistline. Waist, bust, and length measurements are included.
