Vintage Bright and fun orange clogs unworn size 6/7.
Years ago circa 2002 my friend started selling what we now know as Crocs but from a different company called Holy Soles. We did many street fairs and sold almost none after months of trying. People thought they were the ugliest things they ever saw and refused to pay $25 (Now$50!!!) After a while we gave up and we couldn't even give them away! Cut to today where Crocs is now a billion dollar company! I found this pair in my closet unworn. You're getting a part of History in the making! I looked it up to see which company came first but I guess the courts decided that! One of a kind... Rare!! Literally identical to Crocs although I think Holy Soles are a little more shiny!
Here's the history... Crocs Inc introduced the first shoe known as Crocs in 2002, before Holy soles was founded. 2002 Crocs debuts. After acquiring a design for a foam clog from Canadian manufacturer foam creations, Crocs Inc was founded and debuted its Beach model at the Fort Lauderdale boat show in 2002. 2002 Holy Soles is founded which later renamed Holies was also founded in 2002 in Vancouver Canada by Anne Rosenberg, who began distributing a foam clog from a Canadian manufacturer. 2004 Holy Soles restructures. In 2004, Joyce Groot bought the company and began producing her own clog models in China. 2010 lawsuit settles debate. in 2010 Crocs won a patent lawsuit against Holy Soles, with a ruling that HS products bore a substantial resemblance to Crocs
