Hole Punch

An old rusty hole punch. It’s a single. Single means one, so it’s one-of-a-kind. That makes it rare. Rare means it’s valuable because of supply and demand. You demand to have it. The demand is now high and it is the only one, because it’s a single. Therefore it is rare. Did I mention it was found in an abandoned mansion on the East coast? Very valuable indeed. . . . *obviously this is a joke. It’s not actually rare, although it is a single (hole punch).
