These shoes arrived covered in cat urine and were wet and urine soaked when I received them. I demand a refund! How crazy to send to someone!

I can understand how shoes could be wet if exposed to rain sometime during mailing process. But 'urine soaked'? Sounds like buyer is adding this in just to be sure they get a refund. That's ridiculous. Return them to me immediately
