Leather is supple and in good condition Fabric in my opinion could use better overall freshening/cleaning up. 3 open 1 zippered pocket(s) on inside 1 open 1 zippered pocket(s) on outside **Open outside pocket fabric seam was repaired by me but I am not a seamstress.
