Hobnail White Mild Glass Sugar Bowl Creamer w/ Tray

Pre-owned but in good condition. The silver handle on tray has very slight discoloration on top, i took a picture of this. I am not sure of the brand of this item, someone told me it was Fenton, but it is not listed on the item.
