Hobe Gold Brushed Metal and Mesh Necklace Earrings Demi Parure RARE 1950-1960s

Elegant and timeless Hobe signed vintage demi parure includes a lariat necklace and matching clip on earrings. The necklace is a gold tone twisted mesh chain featuring a nautical themed lariat slider. The lariat ending tips match the ribbed design of both the lariat slider and earrings. The necklace measures approximately 42 inches from dangling tip to dangling top. The clip on earrings have an upward nautical shell design from which mesh sea flowers emerge ending in small round ball tips. Both earrings are signed Hobe (pre-copyright) on the reverse and measure 1 1/4 inch long and 1 inch wide. Circa 1950's - 1960's based on use of mesh pre-copyright hallmark and marine influence. As is typical with many fine designers of this era, only the earrings are signed and not the matching lariat necklace.
