Hobby Lobby Decorative Tray

This is new, never used, however it was washed by my daughter and NOT dried correctly! There are water marks and even after I cleaned it, they're still there! :-( I think they're permanent now! Not noticable when used as your items will cover them! This measures approximately 8"x4"!! Please look at all photos as they are a part of the description!
