Hmong PNM pom pom hat

🏵️ Available 🏵️ Handmade Hmong paj ntaub mom hat with colorful pom poms sewn to hat with white beads. Purchased 2 from a live, and the original seller folded the hats when she shipped, so the top doesn't lay completely flat. It's not noticeable when wearing the hat, but just wanted to disclose this information. Labeled as a size 22.5", but it doesn't fit me. I re-measured the hat myself, and it's actually a size 22. Brand new, never worn because I never got an outfit to match and have way too many pom pom hats.
