Historic Art Print "Declaration of Independence" Wood Americana Vtg. Sepia Look

I believe this is a decoupaged art print on wood. It does have an aged, sepia look. This piece is the "Declaration of Independence" by John Trumbull, Yale University Art Gallery. It is 14" x 20", or 16" tall if you count the hangers on top. It does have a loose hanger and several scratches from age and wear. There are also marking and whatnot on the back of it. It is a heavy piece at 4 pounds. Please see pictures for more details.
