Hippie Laundry Ivory Cardigan, Size Small

Cute summer cardigan that you could wear with a colorful Cami or tank top to add a pop of color. It could also be used as a swimsuit cover. Good condition, but there are three fringes that have a little black on them as shown in the very last picture. Could maybe try to wash on delicate cycle or cut them out??
