Handmade (Not By Me!) Hippie Halter Top Reclaimed/Recycled Material Wind River Fabric from the late 90s early 2000s No Size. Fabric Measures Approximately 7 1/2" Across on the shortest part on top Measures Approximately 15" Across the bottom on the longest part of the top. Top straps measure approximately 21 1/2" each Bottom straps measure approximately 28" each Very long straps to tie it together. Adorable hippie top. Perfect for festivals or summer shows. Rayon material I would definitely hand wash or gentle wash in a lingerie bag.
