tjrush007 @vwinsell Hi! Definitely more ivory/cream than white. Laying flat, the waist is 13 inches from the top of the elastic and 14 inches from the bottom of the elastic. The length is 17 inches. The waist is elastic so I'd say it stretches as much or as little as you'd like. Hope that helps! 💕
