Hind Cycling wind jacket / lightweight windbreaker visible neon yellow M’s Small

This is a nice neon windbreaker jacket from Hind. Has a couple marks all around the jacket, I washed it in delicate, but they didn’t come off. See pictures for them. I don’t know the exact size for this jacket but based on the measurements I would say it’s more likely a Size Small. [325]
