Hi-low Top W/Sheer Patterned Overlay

This stunning top features a silky sleeveless shirt (which I believe is dark navy but my husband believes is black), with a sheer patterned overlay in dark blue, royal blue, taupe, and black. It's gathered at the neckline, slit up the front, and floats freely. Front of overlay is shorter than the back, and there are small sparkles/sequins scattered on the front.
