To be sure, please take a shirt you have at home with a similar fit that fits you comfortably and, with it laying on a flat surface, measure from the seam under one arm, across to the seam under the other arm with a tape measure and compare that number to what I have listed as "pit to pit" below to make sure this is the size you need. Make sure you measure with the shirt buttoned if you plan on wearing this one buttoned. Also measure the length and compare.
