By Abercrombie. Their size large but only a little big on me - would fit a large as well because they are very stretchy. Comfy navy striped shorts. Stretchy waist band. Almost looks like a skirt when worn. Seriously so comfy you could sleep in them. My moms a shopaholic and bought like 10 pairs not including the 2 i have, and never even wore them 😄
