Highlighter Bright Fuchsia Pink Fleur-De-Lis Vintage 1970's MAXI SKIRT Handmade

Handmade vintage 1970's maxi skirt just as bright-as-can-be in fuchsia pink & forest green in an unusual large-scale Hawaiian fleur-de-lis pattern. Fabric feels like acrylic. Skirt looks rarely if ever worn; however, the waistband is strange...maybe unfinished? There are two sets of 'eyes' for a single set of 'hooks' (1 is damaged) to close the waistband. There is no zipper, just a folded/finished seam of about 5" under the waistband. This may gape if not closed with pins unless the smaller waistband is used, then the fabric folds over itself. Repairable, but priced accordingly. Estimate size X-SMALL to SMALL.
