High-Waisted Navy Midi

Elegant vintage high-waisted midi skirt. Form fitting & so flattering! Need a skirt that you can wear out, do your walk of shame in AND wear to work the next today? Here you go. It looks almost black in the photos but is actually a dark navy. I am calling this a small. Tag says 10 but vintage sizes often run quite small. Waist is 13" laying flat.
