High-Low Polka Dot Dress!

This super fun strapless dress features a high-low cut that shows off the fun dotted print that is under the sheer black overlay of the entire dress! It cinches in the front to bring in your waistline. The broach in some of these photos is not included. However, if you are interested in it please comment and I will see if I can find it (it was actual a hair clip that was pinned on). Only worn once! Reasonable offers will be considered.
