High-Low Layered Blouse

Lovely flowy sleeveless A-line blouse with two sheer'ish layers. Top layer has splits on sides displaying inner layer when in motion. Subtle pretty stitching detail along neckline hem but note that it came with two tiny spots where that stitching is unravelled (see close up picture). Color is a purplish blue.
