High-Low Dress

I for sure walked into Target for toothpaste and walked out with this dress. Nobody’s perfect, but this dress sure is. 🔹The subtle high-low cut is knee length at its shortest length makes it appropriate for both work and play 🔹The tie waist makes it versatile/tailorable.
