High-Low Black Dress with Blue Hearts

High-low black dress with blue hearts all over and a zipper down the middle. Sleeves are scrunched and have an elastic band. Waistband is elastic as well. Has sheer cutouts on sides. Very comfortable and cute. Worn once for pictures, but in like new condition. Can fit a medium if you're small around chest area.
