ndraven32 What a beautiful skirt! It's so me! Is the waistline elastic? I ask because I like to wear skirts, pants, and jeans low on my hips. If yes, can I get the length measurement, please?

parise10 @ndraven32 it has 3 different adjustment seen in picture to loosen or tighten seeing in picture. super cute! very unique. never seen one like it before. if it would fit me I would keep it.. if still interested I'll pull it and give you the length
