High waisted jean shorts

-bought second hand; didn’t fit me so I’ve never worn them. -can’t tell if it’s a vintage label but the tag on the inside is completely washed out. Only the number 11 can be seen on the tag. -not sure if the 11 is a size number but it fits more like a women’s 4. I’m usually a women’s 6 or 8 depending on the fit. -please comment if you would like the measurements.
