High waisted grey midi skirt L (12/14) STRETCHY

High waisted grey midi skirt L. Very stretchy and soft, thick flattering material. I’d say this would fit a 12-14 size easy. I am normally a pant size 8-10, 40” hip, and this is large on me. This skirt is for a tall person. I am 5’8 and it’s a good midi length. If you are any shorter I would not recommend. Very cute and in great shape. No flaws. Looks brand new.
