High rise Frayed shorts

These are the Piper high rise frayed shorts. They are from rebel threads boutique, cello brand. They’re high waisted, v-shaped, and have a heavy fringe hem. These are absolutely the cutest shorts ever, I just didn’t like how they looked on me. Only worn once. I am usually a size 3 or 4 but can wear a 1 or 2 in some brands. These fit me, I just feel like they were way too short. They have minimal stretch. For reference I’m 5’1” and 120 pounds. These are a size small. Only worn once.
