High low black skirt, the band around the waist is 25 inches. The back of the waist band is elastic and can stretch up a size, the front elastic does not stretch. The length of the front is about 15 inches long and the backs lowest part is about 27 1/2 inches long. I have posted pictures of the front waist band and the back elastic band.

ilovenewton18 @mkz_wang The waist measures 25 inches around but the back of the skirt the elastic is stretchy so stretches out an extra size of needed. Hope that helps! I will post a picture of the elastic back. 😊
