High Waisted Midi

A size too small for me ): Skirt is from the site “PrettyLittleThing”. It fits like an XS! It has minor frays at the top of the skirt which I snipped off. There is NO zipper. It is a slip on. The skirt rests comfortably below my knee and I’m 5’8in! I haven’t really worn it out due the size difference.
