High Waisted Black Pleated Skirt with Zipper (S)

American Apparel-style Black Pleated Skirt (Fei Li La, Size Small). High waisted & very flattering! Soft material w/ zipper on side. Perfect above the knee length! Would fit someone with a 24-26” waist. Waistband is NOT stretchy. Skirt is also a skort, with attached comfy boyshorts providing a little extra sporty coverage! Excellent condition, like new. Worn it 1-2x and gotten lots of compliments, but I've never able to consistently integrate it into my wardrobe!
