True to size. The Who What Flare is made in contrasting dark and faded washes and feature high waist, wide leg, frayed hem, and custom hardware. Stretches. 98% cotton 2% elastane. Credit to Nasty Gal for model photos. I have a 25" waist and 32" hips and these fit me perfectly. Keep in mind these have stretch material. 12.5" waist flat, 44" outseam, 34" inseam, 10" rise, 11.5" leg opening flat.

My boutique low/mid rise denim with stretch measures 15.5 or 16 on waist across unstretched. But I'm assuming the high waist is hitting me at a way skinnier part of my waist. Could you help me?
