Snap N Wear 626T ANSI Class III Compliant System (Inner Jacket). This liner is extremely functional It can be worn alone in moderately cold temperatures. The seams are taped for complete waterproofing. They have zippered pockets with fleece lining It is constructed with a knit waist band and cuffs for a snug fit It also has inside pockets with a velcro closure. The exterior of the jacket consists of over 400 per square Inch of silver 3M Scotchlite reflective material tape. Outer layer is listed as well (Patches have been removed, never worn)
