High Neck halter Dress

Sophisticated and classy! This dress is so pretty, it is a beautiful shade of green - not too muted and not too neon. Perfect for spring or summer wedding guests. Hugh in the front and sexy halter in the back. Very chic. The dress is NWT and has never been worn. I’m typically an XS and wanted to make this work but the dress is true to size so will fit a size small. Purchased from a boutique but reminds me of lulu’s.
