hs0510 @cblee15bmw - Hi! On the xhiliaration size chart it states that a size small fits a 3-5. Due to it having an elastic waist and an open skirt, in my opinion, it could comfortably fit up to a size 7. I don't think it runs big, that's why I told her it wouldn't be suitable for anything bigger than a 7. Sorry for any confusion! If you have any other questions let me know, thanks!
