Hidden Happi Flare Distressed Jeans size 31, Split Flare

These jeans have an 11 inch rise and inseam length of 31". The wide Flare legs have an 8" side slit. They are stretch style, and the fit is a little small. Based on how they fit me, I believe they would be really tight for someone who wears a 31" waist size Jean and fit more like 29" or 30". See photos and also measure the waist of some jeans that you have and compare to my measurements.
