Hickok USA 50s Moveable Wagon Wheel with Red Stone Tie Bar Clip. Reminiscent of the old West, this 1950s wagon wheel metal tie clip features a tiny sparkling red stone in the spoked wheel hub. Measuring 2 1/8” long, the wheel, measuring 5/8” in diameter, easily spins with the flick of a finger.
