This is a tweed windowpane blazer from H Freeman & Son (Hickey Freeman) that was Union made. There is no fabric or size tag, but it looks & feels like wool and measures like a 44R. There is a snag on the back of the right sleeve near the shoulder seam and a hole in the front right pocket, both shown in the photos.
